Newark Airport Parking Reviews

I just used your Value Parking lot on my trip to Florida this past week. I used to always park at "the Parking Spot" just down the block from you, but I couldn't find a coupon on line and I didn't want to pay their price. I looked on the Internet for a better deal and that's when I found your lot. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the excellent service, and the price was great at $6.95/day. When I pulled in, Andrew helped me right away and put my luggage in the shuttle, and he got me to the airport promptly. The return trip was just as great. It only took a few minutes to pick me up at the airport. When I got back to the lot, my car was out front, I went in to pay and get my key and when I went back outside, the driver had put my luggage in my car. I will definitely use Value Parking for all my future airport parking, and am spreading the word.

It was easy to find, customer service is awesome, professional, and very friendly 🙂 I liked being able to txt the van to pick us up at the airport--so much easier than calling, especially when you're dealing with luggage and small children. The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. What could be better!?

Very easy to find (contrary to other parkings), extremely efficient both to take us to the airport and to get us back to the parking lot (10 minutes wait since we called). It had snowed during our absence; they had cleaned the car and it was already warm when we got in. Excellent service. We will use this from now on.

I've nev parked in an off site lot before. I always used a car service or parked at the airport. We were going to LA for 5 days over Christmas & thought, why not. They were so great. We took off on a miserable rainy day & we just pulled up, they took our luggage & car & we went directly to the terminal. Coming home, we got our luggage called them & they picked us up in less than 5 minutes. As we came around the corner we could see the car in the lot with the truck already open waiting for them ( not us) to load the trunk! I will never do any other airport parking but with them. Fabulous experience Use them!!!!!

The check in was as smooth as could be. They explain everything to you...what to do when you land, when to call and where to stand. When we called to be picked up they were there within 10 minutes and the van was heated. I would use them again and again.

They pick you up quick at the airport and recently had my car nice and toasty when I got there

First time using Value Valet for parking, and wow! Experience was great. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. They loaded my suitcase up as soon as I arrived, and was at the airport in 5 min. I used the oil servicing and car wash while I was away. After calling from the airport, they arrived in 3 minutes. My car was waiting for me in the front with trunk open, super clean, and fully serviced. Everything was simple and quick. I tried them out due to the positive reviews, and now I see why! I am definitely using this parking lot in the future.

I used Value Parking recent, read the reviews and have to agree, very friendly, didn't wait to go to the airport or to come back, excellent service. I would highly recommend them. I even made sure I wrote the info down in my phone so I could use them again.

These guys were friendly and easy to work with. Everything was processed quickly at the counter and our car was sitting there waiting for us upon our return since they communicated with location status reports via walkie talkie during the whole ride. We'll be using them again! Thanks guys!

Did not know what to expect at their low prices, but was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Value Parking. The shuttle was there within minutes from the time I texted them for the pickup and everyone of their employees were extremely friendly. Glad to have found a new place to park at Newark Airport for a reasonable price.

It's not very often you can find great service these days. My experience with this parking service is excellent++. Courtesy, professionalism, speed, responsibility, reliability - these are just a few words to describe it. If you ever have to park at Newark airport - don't even think about anything else. This is my best parking experience ever.

My husband was trying to find a different parking lot where we had reservations to leave our car while on vacation. It was dark out, his GPS took him to the wrong place, and he was getting very frustrated until he saw Value Parking's sign. The people there were very nice and understanding, told him the lot he was looking for was no longer there, and allowed him to park in their lot, even though we didn't have a reservation. When we returned from our vacation, Value Parking picked us up at Newark within 5 minutes of calling them for a ride, the driver [Darryll] was very friendly and helpful with our luggage, and we were back at their parking lot quickly, where our car was ready and waiting for us right in the front. Checkout was immediate, and we were easily able to find our way back to the NJ Turnpike. Value Parking helped turn a very stressful situation into a quite pleasant one, and we will continue to use them for all of our airport car parking needs. AND, their prices are terrific, too!!

BEST BEST BEST BEST. Simple, fast, easy to find. Very Fast check in (plus a clean restroom), I was in their van on may way to the airport within minutes (I have waited close to 20 minutes at other places). Very fast pickup at the airport. Car is running and warmed up when I got back to the lot. Very nice on a below freezing night. Great value. I've found my go-to lot, I'll be back every time I fly from EWR.

I have never used an outsider parking services before however this was my first time but definitely won't be my last nor will I use anybody else. They were very professional and timely when I arrived for a 830am flight and I returned on a 730am flight. Not far from the airport at all, no wait time, speedy service, very professional and everyone was all smiles. A+ service! REVIEWS DONT LIE!

Quick drop off and ride to terminal on way out. Returned on Sunday night, van was at the pickup site within seconds of us getting there. Our car was ready and waiting, with all snow cleared from it. We are never going back to the self parking lots. We highly recommend this service.

We have used many parking lots w / shuttle in Newark and we have never felt so good like this before! from the first moment we got to their parking lot everything went very smooth, everything was explained thoroughly and they were all courteous and professionals, friendly and very accommodating. The parking lot appears to be very safe and clean as well as the shuttle buses. I cannot give enough raving reviews especially to the drivers, they were all young but very professionals. Coming back, it was such a smooth and easy process, I called them as soon as we got our luggages and they got to the meeting spot right even before we got there. Can't say enough about the great service we received at Value Parking! Friendly, personable attention from everyone there! Quick shuttle to the airport and very short wait after we got our bags on return. There was a snowstorm while we were away and our car was cleaned off, warmed up and waiting for us when we got to the lot! Definitely the place to park at Newark Airport!!

First time parking at Newark Int'l (usually fly out of PHL) and chose Value based off of other reviews. Was very happy we did. Arrived early and walked straight onto a bus while our bags were loaded, and quick transfer to airport. Took less than 10 minutes to pick up upon return, and car was waiting and warm (nice went returning from Hawaii) when we got back. Total time spent getting car in and out was less than 5 minutes and all the staff helping was very nice! Better than my regular PHL lots! Highly recommended.

My husband and I have used many parking lots at Newark Airport but none can match the professionalism and reliability of Value. We pulled into the lot and everyone was so personable and prompt. The shuttle person who took us to the terminal was so nice and extremely helpful. Coming home we called for pickup after getting our luggage and within two minutes the shuttle was there to take us to our car. When we arrived our car was in the front of the office with the trunk opened to put our bags. I give them a 10 in everything. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we highly recommend Value Parking.

Hard to get excited about airport parking but what a great experience with this company.They were located in a perfect spot, had a manager Jim who gives a damn,were super courtious, got us there on time,were there to pick us up, and were affordable. We will always use them in the future and recommend them as highly as any business we have ever experienced.

It was so easy to leave my car with you for a week! Easy to find, quick shuttles to and from the airport and very friendly staff. All at a very reasonable rate! And I loved coming back from Florida and finding my car heated up, ready to go! I will definitely come back!

On Feb 19 at 5am, I parked my car and was taken to the airport within a few minutes. Great service, very nice driver. After I got through security I realized I left my phine in the car. I called the lot and the manager went above and beyond to find my phone (which had fallen between the seats) and sent a driver to deliver it to me immediately. My flight was boarding in 20 minutes bt they got the phone to me in time to board. Great service, I was so impressed I gave the driver $40 to split between him and the manager. Probably generous, I know, but they really did more than I expected to help me out.

I have used your company twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. This last time was particularly notable when Kevir picked me up. He was prompt to pick up and extremely courteous and pleasant throughout the entire ride. I will definitely use your company again and recommend to my friends and family.

I booked on line e direct on there Web site when I arrived it was like going to your favorite resturants the know you and we're expecting you. Check in is a breeze and we were on our way to the airport effortlessly with there shuttle pick up and drop off as part of the parking experience. These guys are the best!

A fantastic parking lot. We arrived at 4:15 am on Feb. 14th. We pulled right in then I went into the office. The staff were very friendly and courteous. After I registered we went right into a van to drive us to the airport. We arrived at the terminal at 4:30 am. I was very pleased with the drop off. We returned on Feb. 21st around 11:00 pm by the time we got our luggage. I followed the directions given and when I called the man said there is a van at the pick up area already. Arrived at the lot to find our car already with the heat on which was great since it was so bitter cold. I went to the office paid my balance and off we went. It was an absolute pleasure to use value parking will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We arrived there at 2:30am on 2-24-15 and they greeted us immediately. They took care of everything including our bags and moved my Truck to a secure location. We returned on 3-6-15 in the late evening and they was waiting for us. They even started my truck to get the heat going. We had missed a snow storm while we were out. They had cleaned all the snow off. I can't thank everyone enough who was involved and I will let everyone who flies out of Newark to use your parking facility. Thanks.

Every time I travel, I'm usually a frantic mess. These guys are awesome! I was nervous about leaving my car with strangers with my key. My car came back to me with everything I left in it! And believe me I checked. This past Monday, I had an emergency flight, they took me with no reservation and did their best to keep me calm and laughing. There is never any wait. I made if from my living room in Staten Island to my gate in literally 45 minutes. They rock! Pick up from the airport is a breeze too. Usually about a five minute wait. I also like that they use vans. The drivers always take my luggage for me and I never have to worry about trying to get it onto a bus like I've seen with the bigger companies. Im also pretty sure they took a hose to my car and got most of the road salt off for me because I could actually see out my windows for my ride home! I actually was going to ask them to wash it,I just forgot in my rush..Cant say enough good things about them.

I will definitely park here again!! Easy location to find and the staff was super friendly! Less than a 5 min wait for the shuttle both ways. My car was ready for me at the front to just hop in and drive away when I returned. No waiting which is great after a long trip.

My daughter and I used Value to park our car when we went to Florida last week for vacation. I have never used them before but I will definitely use them again. Drivers were VERY courteous and friendly as well as Jim at the front desk. Coming back they were just as friendly and my car was ready to go. All in all a great experience!

I used Value Parking in September of 2014 for a three-day business trip. I asked what the price would be for the time I was away and that's the exact price when I came in to pay. I forgot to make a reservation in advance which would have saved me $2/Day. There is an additional fee and city tax, which will increase the price slightly. It was still cheaper than EWR's parking and a couple other competitors. Staff was friendly and efficient. My return shuttle was at the curb when I came out of the terminal. My car was ready to go when I got back to the lot. Great place! Will use again

This is the best off-airport parking service I have used. Staff and drivers were all extremely pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Clear directions were given to call for and meet shuttle from airport to car, and we were picked up within two minutes of calling. I would recommend this company to anybody. A stress-free way to park and get to and from the airport. Top-notch service.

The best there is! I made reservations for two cars. The lot is extremely easy to find There was almost no wait for the van to the airport and the van was at the van pickup spot before we could get there .Our cars were out front waiting for us when we got to the lot. Will always use Value when we fly out of Newark in the future.

We've used Value Parking the last 4 times we traveled and will never park anywhere but here when flying out of Newark! Best customer service EVER! Even when our flight was delayed on our return and we got in 2 hours later, they still had the car waiting, warmed and ready for pick-up and with a smile!! Super fast shuttle to and from the terminal and again - the friendliest service with a smile!! And you cannot BEAT the price anywhere!! Using them again in May June and July!!

Been parking here since I stumbled upon it. Great service. Fast pickup, usually no more than 7 minutes. Jim the owner is the best. I always look forward to parking with them. If you want your car washed or detailed they'll take care of that too!!

All around wonderful, polite and speedy service. As soon as we pulled in, our driver was there to put our bags in the shuttle. Upon check-in we received a card with instructions on what to do upon our return, and this was very clear and concise. When we returned and had our bags, I called and within 5 minutes the shuttle was at the terminal to pick us up. Would highly recommend and will certainly use this company again if I have to fly out of Newark.

We have dropped off the car, got driven to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving. Upon return, ordered a car, in 10 minutes were at the lot with our car ready to load suitcases next to the exit. = Quick and friendly service. Will always use in the future.

Great experience with Value Parking. We checked in, our luggage was immediately loaded onto the van and off we went. When we returned and picked up our luggage, we called to let them know to send the van, it was already there!

This is our first time choosing Value Parking service. It is well above our expectation. When we arrived there, the driver was ready to unload our luggage and put it on their shuttle bus. I only need to spend couple minutes to process some paper work and got back to the shuttle and went to the terminal in time. It was easy to drive to their location via our GPS. Will definitely come back in the future.

I have not had good experience in parking around Newark Airport in the past but decided to give it another shot since car services were ridiculously expensive...... I did quite a bit of research and compared reviews online and decided to give Value Parking a try - WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!! The owner Jim, is on-site, and incredibly helpful. The staff was courteous, helpful, and pulled up just as we walked outside the doors of the airport - exactly where they said they would be. Our car was ready for us to load up as soon as we got back to the lot. I would HIGHLY recommend this lot and is now the ONLY place I will park at Newark. We received excellent service from the time that we entered the parking facility until we were dropped off. the shuttle to the airport was waiting for us and the we only waited a few minutes to get a pick up when we returned. the cost was fantastic. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I have been parking here almost every week for the last six months and have never had a less than excellent experience! The staff is friendly, efficient, and always on time. The lost is less than five minutes from the airport, and my car is always kept safe and sound. I took a chance parking here for my first trip in February based on the good reviews, and will never park anywhere else again. I highly recommend this lot.

My experience with Value Parking was very positive. It was easy to get to, and the service was exceptionally courteous -- the kind of courteous you can tell is drilled into employees and matters to business owners. I was taken to the airport right away and it was a breeze. On the way back, I got in late -- my flight arrived on time around 11:15 PM. I had read reviews of various facilities that said this part of the parking experience could be problematic. I did have to wait about 20 minutes, but I had already given myself over to the cup of cappuccino that was going to help me make the hour drive back home, so I didn't mind. It seems to me that the Value Parking driver must have left the parking facility right when I called, whereas other lots seemed to have drivers circling the road around the airport. This could speak to the volume of business each lot does. Don't get me wrong, I think the Value Parking driver left right away and got there as soon as possible; however, I would say if it's important to you to NOT wait at a late hour, be prepared to pay more (the vans I saw multiple times while I was waiting included McClennan, Haynes, The Parking Spot, and Wally Park). I on the other hand was very happy with my 20 minutes, a very courteous and attentive staff, and a great value.

I spent a lot of years parking at a nearby lot [without any issues]. But they have gotten to be fairly expensive. Value Parking shined on my first visit [fast shuttles, nice folks, good pricing]. I have found my new favorite lot, and I will recommend it to others. Thanks

Great place with excellent service. No waiting for shuttle to take you to the airport. When you return shuttle is there within 3 to 7 minute to pick you up. Once you arrive at Value Parking, your car is waiting for you with trunk open. They put your luggage in trunk. you pay and go. Couldn't be any easier. Great place, great price. I have use them so far 3 times.

I have been parking here for about a year now and after trying all the other locations this is the best. The staff is friendly, pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. It is a smaller location but that is why you get more of a safer feeling and that you are not just a number to them. They remembered my name and greet me every time I arrive. i would highly recommend this location.

I cannot remember if I placed a review when I had just used Value Parking, so I am placing this one right now. Value Parking was very easy to get to. Very well lit and the employees were phenomenal. I got there a bit earlier then my scheduled reservation time, (arrived at 3:45am, res time was 4am), and there was no charge for the earlier arrival to leave my car. The shuttles run pretty frequent. I was originally waiting on the 4am shuttle, but another one arrived earlier and took me right over to the airport. Also, my flight was delayed 1-2hrs due to severe thunderstorms happening in Newark, and I while I was on the plane, I called and they said that there would be no charge for the additional time the car would be in their lot. Also, there is the option to have them get gas, detail your car or both before you return, which is a great feature and service, but I did not opt that. But something to consider if you are interested. Another reason I am happy I chose Value Parking is that this shuttle service drops you right off at the gate. All the hotels that had the airport parking, drop you off at AirTran. And from experience, AirTran is not always reliable. So when I saw Value Parking after google searching "Newark Airport Parking" I read all the reviews. And I agree with them, that this was the best choice. I will definitely choose them again!

First time I've used Value Parking and they certainly lived up to their reputation of providing courteous and timely valet service at a very reasonable price. Their experienced attendants were ready to address any questions or concerns. Their drivers were friendly and attentive. Airport drop off and pick up from the airport was fast and our car was waiting for us when we arrived. Great place, great experience.

A group of 8 of us left to go on a cruise last week. We parked 2 cars with Value for a total of 8 days. I could not have had a smoother experience. The car drop off was convenient to the Turnpike. We were quickly shuttled to the terminal in a new comfortable bus. Upon our return, we texted our location and received a confirmation text back ... followed by a pickup ten minutes later! The staff were all courteous and efficient. This is definately the company to use for parking at Newark!

They treat you extremely well. Very polite and our vehicle was waiting for us. We needed to get back to the rental area of Newark airport ( which was very difficult to find) and they were kind enough to take us to the area. We were extremely happy with there service

I used Value Parking once or twice a month from their inception. Jim and his crew are great, they always accommodated me and seemed happy to do so. They drop you off at departure (which some companies don't do) and pick you up at arrivals. I moved a couple of weeks ago and it was like saying goodbye to family. I have too much experience with parking lots. Based on all that experience, this is my favorite lot--ever. They greet you with a smile and their computer records are accurate. You're out of check-in and off to the airport pretty darned close to immediately. Their drivers are pleasant--every one I've met. Pick up from the airport is as good as it ever gets for pickup, and your car is ready and waiting when you get back to the lot--and picking up your keys and taking off is another efficient and speedy process. Our driver called back to see if it was there. After dropping us off, he ran back to the car and brought me the item! Now that' s great customer service! I want to thank the folks at Value Parking this was the first time using their service and can't say enough to them. On our way to the airport my wife forgot her computer we had to turn around and get it so we had gotten there very late (1 hour till the flight leaves) I called ahead and spoke to Jim he told me not to worry he will have a driver ready to, all paperwork was ready and off we went we made the flight with 4 minutes to go the driver was fantastic. On the way home it couldn't have been any easier either, we got our luggage and the family walked to the location where we were told to go a 1 minute walk and the driver was already there. How wonderful was that!!!! NO waiting at all. On the way back to their location both me and my wife expected a long delay to get our van and again a huge surprise the van was out front and waiting the driver took our bags and loaded our car we walked in got our key and away we went all in less than 10 minutes. I've parked here several times and the shuttle has you to the airport within minutes. Pick up on return is never more than 10 minutes! Your car is waiting right in front when you get back.

We used Value Parking in the beginning of August. We arrived at the lot and immediately got assistance with luggage. We forgot our camera bag in the front seat. We did not realize it until we arrived at our destination. When we returned from our trip, we found our camera in the car and the gentlemen at the desk told us they saw the camera and saved it for us. This is not something we would have expected. Thank You Value Parking team for such wonderful service. HONESTY is priceless.

We use them about 4-5 times a year I finally got my car detailed and WOW was it worth it!!!! My car has never been so clean since I drove it off the car lot. A great family run place. Once you try them you too will keep coming back
